Pianism: elegant, minimal, piano themes

pianism - nic paton

My new production library collection is called “Pianism”.

These compositions for piano are elegant, minimal, and flowing, creating space, style and expansiveness, calming and uplifting, and yet hinting at deeper, darker wells of emotion and intrigue.

It’s my fifth offering on South Africa’s premier production library, Mama Dance. This time its appropriate to classify the music in their terms, as “Less African”, as the main inspiration has come out of the European Romantic and Cinematic traditions.

To hear the 2 minute sampler, listen below, tracks here include “Call Your Name”, “Spring”, “Recurrence” and “Brand New Day”.

You can hear/download all tracks on Mama Dance.

This entry was posted in piano.
